Major Mobility Investment Program (MMIP)
Cobb and Associates team members provided Change Management and Document Control services for GDOT’s MMIP. As the change management agent, our Prosci-certified change management specialist authored a well-structured change management plan, and methodology for implementation of the Strategic Program Plan for the MMIP’s GEC, led by HNTB. Prior to the rollout of new initiatives, we conducted readiness assessments, evaluated results, and presented findings in an easy-to-understand and logical manner. Most importantly, we Identified potential employee-side risks and anticipated the resistance and developed specific plans to address or mitigate any concerns.
