MARTA 2040 Expansion Program
Cobb and Associates team members provided document control and site administration services for the Planning Project Management Office (PPMO) for the support of MARTA’s 2040 Expansion Program. Our Document Control Manager (DCM) was responsible for tracking, maintaining, and ensuring the quality of all documents produced by the PPMO. The DCM authored the program’s document control manual and created the folder structure for the PPMO’s SharePoint site. In addition to serving as the site administrator, the DCM also provided training for members of the PPMO. With regards to drawings produced by the PPMO, the DCM created the folder structure for the program’s ProjectWise site and subsequently served the site administrator, providing training for all members of the design team.
