Natasha D. Cobb is the Founder and Managing Director of Cobb & Associates Consulting, LLC (CA), a regional program management firm. As Managing Director, Ms. Cobb’s responsibilities include providing day-to-day leadership and strategic direction to the firm’s business management, project delivery, and client management functions. Ms. Cobb has more than 25 years of experience in construction and engineering assisting organizations in managing engineering, infrastructure, and capital projects throughout the southeastern United States. Ms. Cobb holds a Master’s (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematical Sciences from Northeastern University, and has received specialized training through various organizations in sustainable design/construction, risk assessment in transit/transportation, engineering technology and NPDES
